1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the suka2cuci platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and suka2cuci as the platform operator. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To use suka2cuci's services, you are required to register a personal account. Only individuals who are aged 18 years and above are eligible to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. You are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Notify suka2cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
Suka2cuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Suka2cuci platform users are required to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, abuse, harassment, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit the game or bonus system in a dishonest manner.
- Abusing promotions, offers, or incentives provided by the platform.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation from suka2cuci.
- Using another user's personal information without authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with a freeze on the account balance pending further investigation.
4. Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the suka2cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and interbank transfers. suka2cuci does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
The following applies to all transactions:
- Deposits are typically processed within a few minutes, depending on the payment method chosen.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours on business days, subject to successful identity verification.
- Suka2cuci reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for security review or compliance purposes.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are correct. suka2cuci is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information.
- Any attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The suka2cuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, suka2cuci does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or information inaccuracies.
Suka2cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses incurred during technical disruptions beyond our control.
All content on the suka2cuci platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of suka2cuci and is protected under applicable copyright law. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. suka2cuci has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or content. Visiting any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Suka2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly filing groundless complaints. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.
Suka2cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the suka2cuci platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
